The first ascent of Mardi Himal was made by mountaineer Basil Goodfellow in 1961. However, the trek wasn’t officially opened to trekkers until 2012. Since then, it has provided a stunning alternative to more crowded trails, featuring spectacular ridges and charming teahouses.
