Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to hotel.
Visit one of Nepal’s most sacred Swyambhunath Temple, located along the central of the Kathmandu valley and visit through the vibrant streets of Thamel for shopping and sightseeing.

Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): Start the day by visiting this ancient religious complex perched on a hill, offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site filled with historic palaces, temples, courtyards, and streets, reflecting Nepal’s rich history and architecture.
Patan Durbar Square: Cross to the ancient city of Patan, known for its exquisite art and architecture. Visit the museum and temples, including the Krishna Mandir and Hiranya Varna Mahavihar.

After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Dhunkharka (approx. 2-3 hours). This is the starting point of your hike to Bethanchowk, also known as Bethanchowk Narayansthan, which is often referred to as the “King of Hills” due to its 360-degree panoramic views.
Hiking Duration:
Begin your hike (approx. 3-4 hours). The trail offers scenic views of terraced farmlands, forests, and distant mountains. As you ascend, enjoy glimpses of the Kathmandu Valley below.
Arrival at Bethanchowk: Reach the top of Bethanchowk and experience awesome views of the Himalayan range, including peaks like Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and even the Annapurna range on a clear day.
Overnight: Camping or Hotel stay at Bethanchowk.
Wake up early to witness an unforgettable sunrise over the Himalayas from the hotel. The sunrise view from Bethanchowk is considered one of the best in Nepal.
After breakfast at camp, begin your descent back to Dhunkharka (approx. 2-3 hours).
